“Inhale & Exhale” is the first of three in this floral trilogy (“See It Through, Brave One” and “Outgrow the Spaces). “Inhale & Exhale” reminds us to breath. Take a moment to fill your lungs; expand and then gently and slowly breath out. We need reminders to be present and still amidst the busyness of the day to day.
