SHIPPING POLICY

 
 

ART PRINT SHIPPING

Prints under 11x14 are beautifully packaged in a plastic sleeve with a cardboard backer and then placed in a rigid mailer. Prints over 11x14 are rolled with tissue paper for protection and secured with more paper inside a mailing tube.


ORIGINAL ART SHIPPING

Your original art is wrapped in paper with the corners protected with extra cardboard and then padded with paper within a cardboard box. Additional shipping cost may apply to large works of art. Cost will depend on size, weight and location. You will be billed after you finish your order and before it is shipped.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you live near the studio in Noblesville, Indiana, you may stop by the studio to pick up your art work. Please use the code LOCALPU so that you won’t be charged for shipping when checking out. Contact Jenny at jenny@jennyspires.art to set up a pick up time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping will be calculated based on size, weight and location.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

May I return my purchase?

All sales of original artwork and commissions are final. You may return your prints within 7 calendar days from the date you received it as long as there is no damage whatsoever to the item you are returning. Please contact Jenny before doing so.

My item is damaged, what do I do?

You may qualify for an exchange for any item that is damaged in shipping. You must show proof of damage within 3 business days of receiving your item. The item must be shipped back to JSA before receiving your new item. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. Any items damaged after delivery do not qualify for an exchange.

Lost + Not delivered + Stolen

We are so sorry that this happened. Unfortunately, we are not responsible or liable to any damage incurred by the shipping service. Please reach out to them and file a claim if this occurs. If your item is sent back to the studio, we will be happy to forward it back to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

How will I get the refund?

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The timeframe in which you receive the credit is in accordance to your card issuer’s policies.
