"Wild and Free No. 03" Mini Framed Painting

This canvas is FRAMED in a beautiful 8x8” gold, then metal frame with a single shadow white mat.
The “Wild and Free” Mini Painting Collection is a series of paintings done on raw, unstretched canvas with the edges remaining frayed. These were created slowly as Jenny painted the rest of the W&F series. As she changed the paint colors in her brush, she would wipe the excess paint on the large gridded canvas in an effort to not waste paint. As the layers built up using a combination of acrylic paint, colored pencil and pastel and paint markers, she then developed each painting into an abstract, loose floral landscape that was then cut and beautifully framed.
The Wild and Free Mini Paintings are a part of the Wild and Free Collection and is a study of wild flowers in nature. Depth with shadows, light and color is explored along with finding freedom in a loose, impressionistic style.
